Pictured above: Soy Mocha - a full bodied, bitter coffee flavour, milk is almost undetected in the texture (smooth like a long black) - a signature of good coffee.Below: Volare big breakfast - scrambled eggs with a choice of 3 extras (perfect for customisation fanatics) so I chose mushrooms, spinach & hashbrowns. The scrambled eggs were fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection - not runny, and not tough. The highlight for me was the bread - Viennese, perfectly swirled, textured and fragrant.
